Setup operational procedures and systems to ensure service level agreements were met. Established a product development process to speed up production of new games.
Initiated marketing campaigns to boost usage and revenues of existing products and developed an innovative guerilla marketing plan for the rollout of new titles. Conducted primary research to determine direction for future gaming products.

Instituted process improvements to ensure on-time delivery of products with increased quality. Led a team of three product managers to roll out products including:
- EarthLink Total Access – Co-developed a business case and prototype for EarthLink’s next generation product to increase revenues from value added services by over 700% and increase customer retention by 25%. Result: The product is still distributed six years after it was launched.
- EarthLink 5.0 – Updated the Windows and Macintosh software products to meet the needs of the company’s broadband (DSL, cable, satellite, and fixed wireless) strategy and OEM distribution channels.

Led a cross-functional team including engineering, quality assurance, technical support, marketing, and channel sales personnel to produce enhancements to the company’s Windows and Macintosh software products used by over one million customers. Accomplishments include:
- EarthLink 5.0 for Windows – Updated Windows and Macintosh software products to help drive the company’s content, commerce and advertising revenue to US$18 million.
- EarthLink 2.0 for Macintosh – Maintained the industry’s leading application for Macintosh users on the web.
- MacBuddy – Defined software requirements for a registration application in partnership with Apple Computer, Inc which was integrated into the iMac's "first run" application. Result: The application was EarthLink’s most successful OEM program accounting for over half of all partner channel sales.

Managed product, engineering and quality assurance staff of seven members to produce software products. Built the team and acquired technologies through acquisition of other Internet Services Providers. Instituted process improvements to ensure on-time delivery of products with increased quality. Key products developed include:
- MindSpring 4.0 for Windows – Defined requirements and user interface and managed project to completion.Result: Product used by more than half a million customers with the lowest number of bugs reported in the company’s history.
- MindSpring 4.0 for Macintosh – Defined requirements and outsourced the development to a leading developer of Macintosh software.

Certified client and web-based applications performed according to specification before release by writing test plans and managing a team of two product testers. Designed the user interface for MindSpring 3.0.
